Back Street Girls: Gokudolls

After failing their boss for one last time, Kentarou, Ryou and Kazuhiko of the Yakuza are faced with two options to save themselves: organ harvesting for sale or traveling to Thailand for gender reassignment surgery and becoming pop idols. After an intense year of training as Airi, Chika and Mari, The Goku Dolls amateur idol group debut as an amateur group and aim towards becoming top idols.

However, despite hours of brainwashing to become idols, three idols managed to keep some remnants of yakuza spirit alive within themselves despite hours of brainwashing feminizing brainwashing they endured. Their yakuza boss decides to bring in Mandarin Kinoshita for managerial help since no idol group ever failed under his watchful gaze. With their lives now at stake and under new management's supervision they must unleash their inner cuteness while becoming successful idols that make him proud to call themselves boss.
