Arato Endou and Lacia, his loyal hIE, have once more shown the world that artificial intelligence (AI), no matter how advanced, can be controlled safely and put back under our control.

As they descend to confront Higgins, Lacia's AI creator, Higgins and Lacia must face off against numerous foes from all directions: Snowdrop is determined to devour Higgins while Methode seeks revenge against Lacia - not forgetting world's super intelligent AIs who unanimously decide she must be eliminated as she poses a serious risk to human civilization.
