Hane Sakura makes her daily commute up an arduous hill on her bicycle, encountering motorcycle enthusiast Onsa Amano one morning who introduces her to Raimu Kawasaki's Motorcycle club led by its silent leader Raimu Kawasaki. Being new to biking herself, Sakura must face both difficulty learning to ride again as well as hope that one day her initial biking experience of terror and exhilaration might return - that experience which led her here!

Sakura joins forces with Baita, her talking motorcycle; Rin Suzunoki a Suzuki model enthusiast; Hijiri Minowa who dreams of being a Thug; and Chisame Nakano professional racer to gain her bike license and experience all that riding has to offer her. Together they strive towards getting their license while facing both its joys and difficulties first-hand.
